RMS Support Pricing o The Kuhn Group provides basic RMS software installation and 2 hours of support time for the first lane and 1 hour for each additional licensed RMS lane. o Microsoft Software Assurance (support Plan 'A') subscription. Benefits include all product updates, all service packs, access to CustomerSource web-based support, online training tutorial, ability to purchase 5-packs of support incidents, and discounts on per-incident support. The yearly subscription rate is 18% of the retail price of your Microsoft Retail Management System software. o Microsoft Support Rates (telephone/email - assuming Software Assurance discount) § 5-Pack of Support Incidents (3 hour guarantee) $425.00 § Per-Incident Support on a plan (Same day response) 95.00 § Per-Incident Support w/out plan (Same day response) 125.00 o Kuhn Group Pre-Paid Hourly Support Rates (onsite/telephone/remote control/email as needed) *
o Kuhn Group Setup Special * We offer a special support package for new Retail Management System installations. We will provide 10 hours of support (onsite/telephone/remote control/email as needed) for $500. Use it for training, database setup, data import, etc to get your store up and running! This is a time-limited deal - support hours must be used within 60 days of initial Retail Management software installation! o Kuhn Group Telephone Support Hotline We will provide telephone-based support as needed to designated individuals at your store for a flat monthly rate as low as $75/month.
